¿Qué es la icariina en polvo?
El extracto del Epimedium es un producto procesado de los tallos secos y las hojas de Epimediumbrevicornum y otras especies Epimedium. Los principales ingredientes activos son flavonoides, incluyendo glucósido epimedio, glucósido epimedio hipoglucósido, glucósido epimedio grandiflorum C, y glucósido epimedio asiático A, B, C, y así sucesivamente. Tiene un efecto similar al andrógeno y se utiliza para mejorar la inmunidad del cuerpo y bajar la presión arterial. Tiene un efecto inhibitevidente sobre la infección causada por Staphylococcus aureus y poliovirus. También tiene el efecto de suprimir la tos, expectorante y asma.
