  • ¿Qué es el polvo de aceite de MCT?


    Aceite de MCT es una grasa única cuya investigación comenzó en la década de 1950. Es generalmente aceptado que MCT es un triglicéricompuesto de ácidos grasos con 6-12 (también 8-10 u 8-12) átomos de carbono, donde los ácidos grasos que componen MCT se llaman ácidos grasos de cadena media, y estos ácidos grasos de cadena media pueden esterificarse con glicersin un catalizador para formar MCT.

     

    El MCT es una cantidad relativamente pequeña de ácidos grasos en la naturaleza, principalmente del aceite de palma, aceite de coco, lácteos y sus productos, etc. Es una mezcla de triglicérisaturados. Contiene principalmente ácido caprílico (C8H16O2) y ácido cácrico (C10H20O2) y es más fácil de digerir que otros tipos de grasas.

     

    El MCT extraído del aceite de coco y aceite de palma está en una forma líquida y semilíquida, que no es conveniente para el transporte, almacenamiento y uso. La tecnología de primavera verde adopta la tecnología de incorporación de microcápsulas, utilizando fibra dietcomo un portador, añadiendo componentes MCT, y haciendo polvo de grasa MCT a través de la emulsificación homogénea y los procedimientos de pulveride alta torre.

    Helps with Weight Loss

    As part of a healthy diet, there is some evidence, mainly from animal studies, that MCT oils can help increase satiety and even increase the metabolic rate of body functions. For example, a study published in 2003 in the Journal of Obesity and Related Metabolic Diseases showed that when comparing the effects of long-term consumption of MCT and long-chain triglycerides (LCT) on energy expenditure, body composition, and fat oxidation in obese women, the effects of MCT were more pronounced. Replacing LCT with MCT in a targeted energy-balanced diet was shown to better prevent long-term weight gain due to increased energy expenditure and fat burning.

     

    Another 2015 meta-analysis of randomized controlled trials looked at how results compared body weight and body fat in groups of adults who consumed either long-chain or medium-chain fats. There were no significant differences in energy, fat, protein, and carbohydrate intake between the groups involved in the study, only the type of fat they received. The analyses found that, overall, the MCT group lost significantly more weight and body fat than the LCT group.

     

    Helps Protect Heart Health

    A 2010 study published in the Journal of Nutraceuticals and Functional Foods reported that MCT may help prevent the development of metabolic syndrome. Metabolic syndrome is a term used to refer to a range of conditions including metabolic disorders such as abdominal obesity, dyslipidaemia, hypertension, and impaired fasting blood glucose levels. Another study in 2018 concluded that MCT showed more protective effects on cardiovascular health in rats fed a high-fat diet compared to LCT. This is thought to be due to MCT improving serum lipid profile and lowering total liver cholesterol.

     

    MCT appears to be able to help reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease and death as it helps reduce the chances of obesity. They are likely to have this positive effect because of their anti-inflammatory, easy-to-digest, satiating, and easy-to-use-for-energy properties.

    MCT has antiviral and antibacterial properties that may help balance gut bacteria and fight disease-causing bacteria.MCT is easily utilised by the body and it may provide a break for the digestive system. When used in conjunction with a healthy diet, MCT may help improve gut health.

    Medium Chain Triglycerides (MCT) are often used as specialized foods for post-surgical, infected, and skin burn patients, as well as for those suffering from fat malabsorption, AIDS and cancer patients, and diabetics.

     

    For Sports Food:

    Medium-chain triglycerides are rapidly absorbed in the duodenum and directly transferred to the liver through the portal vein for rapid energy supply, supplementing energy consumption and enhancing endurance while reducing protein consumption and preventing muscle fatigue due to exercise; it also improves the absorption of minerals and essential fatty acids. Therefore, it can be used for nutritional supplementation and fatigue recovery in intense sports and strong physical labor.

     

    For Infants and Young Children Food:

    Infants and young children are susceptible to fat deposition in the organs because of their low lipoprotein lipase and hepatic lipase activities and low carnitine levels. Medium-chain triglycerides can be rapidly absorbed in the duodenum, and its absorption does not depend on the activity of esterase and bile acids; in the liver, the transport of medium-chain triglycerides does not depend on the carnitine transport system; therefore, as a substance that provides energy rapidly, medium-chain triglycerides have a very good effect on the growth and development of infants and young children whose digestive system is not yet fully developed, especially those who are preterm and frail infants.
