    El extracto de arándano es un polvo fino de color rojo púrpura o púrpura que se extrae del fruto de los arándanos del género Vaccinium en la familia Rhododendronaceae, con un sabor amargo y astringente.     Regulation of Intestinal Microflora

    Zhou et al. studied the composition of blueberry anthocyanins and their effects on human intestinal flora. Liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) was used to isolate anthocyanins from blueberries, and then high-throughput sequencing and bioinformatics analyses were performed to observe the effects of blueberry anthocyanins on human intestinal microorganisms.


    The results showed that blueberry anthocyanins could increase the diversity and abundance of human intestinal microorganisms. Yang Han et al. used high-fat chow to feed C57BL/6 mice with dietary supplementation of wild blueberries and blueberry anthocyanin extracts to study their effects on the intestinal flora of mice fed a high-fat diet. The study showed that blueberry and anthocyanin extracts could improve the intestinal microecological disorder caused by a high-fat diet, regulate the structure of intestinal flora, and have the potential function of weight loss and fat elimination.

     

    Protection of Vision

    XU et al. investigated the role of blueberry anthocyanins in nutritional intervention on lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-induced inflammation model in vitro using blueberries as raw material and explored the pathways of action that exerted anti-inflammatory mechanisms. The results revealed that blueberry anthocyanin extract significantly inhibited the release of inflammatory factors, relative inflammatory mRNA, and protein expression. In addition, the results also showed that blueberry anthocyanins significantly inhibited the expression of the related inflammatory proteins cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2) and NF-κB thematic discourse, further confirming that blueberry anthocyanins exert their anti-inflammatory effects through the NF-κB mechanism.

     

    Antioxidant

    The results of animal experiments show that blueberry extract anthocyanins can extremely significantly reduce the accumulation of Cd2+ in mice with chronic liver injury, indicating that blueberry anthocyanins have a certain protective effect on chronic liver injury caused by CdCl2. Jing Zhixing took the mouse non-alcoholic fatty liver model system and chronic alcoholic liver injury model as research objects and analyzed and evaluated the hepatoprotective effect of total blueberry anthocyanins by detecting the liver function and the degree of hepatic pathological damage in mice. The results showed that total blueberry anthocyanins had a better repair effect on liver injury caused by non-alcoholic fatty liver, alcoholic fatty liver, and cadmium chloride.
