    ISO Malto oligosacsacárido es un tipo de azúcar de almidón, es un tipo de azúcar de almidón, el componente principal es las moléculas de glucosa entre el enlace glicosídico − 1,6 de Unión isomaltosa, manosa, isomaltotriosa y tetrasacárido y por encima de los oligosacáridos. El polvo oligomérico de isomaltosa tiene una buena solubilidad rápida, fuerte resistencia al ácido y al calor, y un alto contenido de componentes de eficacia (isomaltosa, manosa, isomaltotriosa). Es un polvo blanco amorfo con una dulzura de 45% a 50% de sacarosa.

     

    La tecnología de primavera verde proporciona polvo Iso Malto oligosacárido al 90%, con dulzura suave y suave, baja visco, excelente resistencia al calor y a los ácidos, buena retención de humedad, por lo que el agua no es fácil de evaporar, y un buen efecto en la retención de humedad de varios productos alimenticios y su mantenimiento de calidad.
