    La proteína de trigo hidrolizada es una proteína vegetal de alta solubilidad obtenida por secado por pulvericon las proteínas extraídas de las semillas de trigo como materia prima, utilizando una variedad de preparaciones enzim, escisión enzimdirecdireccional, y tecnología específica de separación de péptidos pequeños. El contenido proteico de la proteína de trigo hidrolizada es tan alto como de 75% a 85%, rica en glutamina y péptidos pequeños, sin hormonas, residuos virales y otros problemas de bioseguridad. No contiene ningún factor anti-nutricional. Es una nueva materia prima de proteína de alta calidad y segura.

     

    La proteína hidrolizada del trigo no tiene (ningún factor anti-nutricional) "cero" Antígeno, buena palatabilidad y alta digestibilidad.
